What you will do

  • Execute sourcing strategies for technical roles across European programmes, including UAS, C-UAS, autonomy, and embedded systems.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and niche communities.
  • Craft personalized, technically credible outreach tailored to defence-sector sensitivities.
  • Pre-qualify candidates on right-to-work and security clearance eligibility.
  • Run structured talent mapping exercises targeting specific companies, university clusters, and competition circuits.
  • Manage pipeline data in Personio and report on sourcing funnel metrics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sourcing experience in deep-tech, engineering, aerospace, or defence environments.
  • Proven track record of engaging passive technical talent with high response rates.
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, and modern sourcing toolsets.
  • Working knowledge of European hiring constraints, including right-to-work and security clearance eligibility.
  • Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to defence or aerospace clearance frameworks (e.g., Ü2/Ü3, SC/DV, NATO SECRET).
  • Experience with talent mapping or competitive intelligence projects.
  • Background sourcing from drone/UAV competitions, maker communities, or ex-military networks.
