What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviews to offers and onboarding for internal and client roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and provide guidance on market availability.
  • Source technical profiles across various technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity) using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate candidate pipelines within the ATS.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to anticipate future staffing needs and build strategic talent pools.
  • Prepare job descriptions and contribute to employer branding activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment for both permanent and contractual positions.
  • Solid understanding of the IT job market in Luxembourg, France, Belgium, or Germany.
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience with ATS tools and digital sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment with high attention to detail.
