What you will do

• Research and identify candidates across Europe and CIS markets.
• Develop and maintain detailed sourcing plans and progress reports for each role.
• Create high-quality lists of profiles and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Monitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant positions.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and role requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a recruitment sourcer, ideally in technical or gaming roles.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced search and filters.
• English: B2 level required for internal communication.
• Knowledge of CIS languages.
• Ability to maintain high-volume, high-quality sourcing output.
