Recruitment Sourcer (Gamedev)

Location: Fully remote; flexible working hours except for pre-agreed meetings.

Salary: €2,000–€2,400 gross per month.

What you will do

• Identify and research candidates across European and CIS markets for technical and gaming roles.
• Build high-quality candidate lists and maintain pipelines for recruiter-assigned roles.
• Develop sourcing plans and progress reports for each role.
• Monitor talent availability and concentration in relevant markets.
• Refine search criteria with recruiters and provide pipeline updates, challenges, and market insights.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a recruitment sourcer in European or CIS markets.
• Experience with technical or gaming roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, including projects, filters, and advanced search.
• Ability to produce high-volume, high-quality sourcing output and communicate ideas and progress effectively.
• Knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques, research tools, and additional CIS languages.
• English at B2 level is required for internal communication with recruiters.

Hiring process
