What you will do

• Plan and execute multiple onboarding projects through cross-functional collaboration.
• Perform analysis and due diligence to define clear project objectives and requirements.
• Track project performance against schedules and critical paths.
• Provide status reporting and updates on issue resolution.
• Deliver projects within agreed cost, time, scope, and quality constraints.
• Coordinate and promote continuous improvement of workflows and procedures.

Requirements

• Must reside within 30 miles of the Lincoln, NE office.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in end-to-end onboarding and implementation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
