What you will do
- Proactively manage end-to-end customer lifecycle plans, ensuring ownership from implementation through ongoing operations.
- Track and report on key customer outcomes, including solution adoption, customer happiness, and long-term value.
- Coordinate with sales and services organizations to identify and resolve customer concerns early.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts through regular check-ins and business reviews.
- Identify and communicate expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to the Sales team.
- Maintain detailed customer documentation and communicate technical and product bulletins to relevant contacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or customer support.
- Location: Must be based in Grand Rapids, MI, United States.
- Travel: Ability to travel to customer sites (approximately 30%+).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Office products.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multifaceted environment.
