Salary: $92,600–$139,000 USD (Zone 1) / $86,600–$129,800 USD (Zone 2)

What you will do
- Develop and manage a portfolio of ~35 enterprise customer accounts with complex needs.
- Regularly engage customers to understand product usage, determine the most valuable features/services, and coach best practices.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships and deliver an executive-level customer experience.
- Collaborate with customers to solve complex problems and continuously increase product value.
- Analyze user engagement data and report actionable insights and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Segment customers to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities; mentor new hires and non-Enterprise Success team members.
Requirements
- 4+ years of combined experience in account and/or project management in a customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest and ability in project management and analyzing data sets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel nationwide less than 15%.
