Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Exteriors): Manage and grow a portfolio of ~35 enterprise customer accounts to ensure continued revenue impact, with an accent on high-touch relationship management, customer coaching, and data-driven KPI reporting. Focus on solving complex customer problems, identifying feature/service value, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities through segmentation.

Location: US Remote

Salary: $92,600–$139,000 USD (Zone 1) / $86,600–$129,800 USD (Zone 2)

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of ~35 enterprise customer accounts with complex needs.
  • Regularly engage customers to understand product usage, determine the most valuable features/services, and coach best practices.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships and deliver an executive-level customer experience.
  • Collaborate with customers to solve complex problems and continuously increase product value.
  • Analyze user engagement data and report actionable insights and KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Segment customers to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities; mentor new hires and non-Enterprise Success team members.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of combined experience in account and/or project management in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interest and ability in project management and analyzing data sets.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel nationwide less than 15%.
