What you will do
- Achieve world-class NPS/CSAT scores, retention, and expansion goals through effective territory management.
- Coach and mentor partner Customer Success Managers (P-CSMs) to excel in their roles.
- Own and manage customer escalations, coordinating across departments to reach final resolution.
- Assist partners with policy and license-related inquiries.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Customer Success best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS or ERP, preferably in Sales, Implementation, or Support.
- Must be located in the USA.
- Proven experience with high-stakes account management, subscription renewals, and churn mitigation.
- Ability to effectively interact with C-Level executives of 100+ employee companies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build consensus and de-escalate tense situations.
- Resourceful, self-directed, and capable of working independently in a distributed environment.
