TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the USA

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually

What you will do

  • Achieve world-class NPS/CSAT scores, retention, and expansion goals through effective territory management.
  • Coach and mentor partner Customer Success Managers (P-CSMs) to excel in their roles.
  • Own and manage customer escalations, coordinating across departments to reach final resolution.
  • Assist partners with policy and license-related inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Customer Success best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS or ERP, preferably in Sales, Implementation, or Support.
  • Must be located in the USA.
  • Proven experience with high-stakes account management, subscription renewals, and churn mitigation.
  • Ability to effectively interact with C-Level executives of 100+ employee companies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build consensus and de-escalate tense situations.
  • Resourceful, self-directed, and capable of working independently in a distributed environment.
