Salary: $70,530 - $88,160 USD

What you will do

• Deliver onsite education and motivational seminars on financial topics to plan participants.
• Customize PowerPoint presentations to align with specific plan designs and features.
• Maintain industry knowledge and ensure all presentations remain compliant with FINRA standards.
• Track program effectiveness using an onsite training measurement system.
• Partner with sales and relationship management teams to drive retirement outcomes.
• Travel within the region up to 90% of the time to conduct sessions.

Requirements

• Must be located in Portland, OR or Seattle, WA
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in the financial industry.
• FINRA licensed (Series 6 or 7 & 63 required)
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans.
• Life license or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
