Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage a caseload of retirement plan clients as the primary relationship manager to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare, amend, and maintain plan documents, ensuring they remain updated with regulatory and plan changes.
- Perform nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP, top-heavy, cross-tested) and monitor participant eligibility and vesting.
- Process distributions, hardship withdrawals, loans, RMDs, and QDROs.
- Prepare government filings, including Form 5500, and provide required participant notices.
- Support internal and external audit processes and coordinate corrections for non-compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in all aspects of retirement plan administration.
- ASPPA and/or CEBS designation required.
- In-depth knowledge of 401(k), 403(b) plans, and ERISA, DFVCP, and VCP filings.
- Proficiency in Non-Discrimination testing (Section 401(a)(4), 401(a)(26)).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, and Docusign.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa or residency sponsorship.
