TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in CST or EST time zones)

Salary: $65,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

  • Design and implement complex retirement plan structures tailored to institutional client needs.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and close new deals to achieve annual sales goals.
  • Lead client relationships, serving as the primary owner of a book of business.
  • Perform investment advisory services while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure plan compliance and facilitate fiduciary training.
  • Conduct benchmarking due diligence to keep client plans competitive.

Requirements

  • Must be based in CST or EST time zones.
  • 2+ years of experience in retirement plan related roles.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for business needs.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of industry-related sales experience.
  • Valid relevant securities license.
