Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + performance bonus

What you will do
- Collaborate with Plan Sponsors to create optimal defined contribution plan designs and address technical queries.
- Independently interpret ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations to maintain compliant retirement plan documents.
- Prepare plan documents, including discretionary amendments, restatements, and participant notices.
- Partner with Product teams to improve document automation and technology-supported drafting processes.
- Manage workflows for large-scale document projects to ensure timely and scalable execution.
- Coordinate with Onboarding and Client Success teams to ensure seamless plan implementation.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work from Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ.
- Deep subject matter expertise in ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations.
- At least 5 years of experience in qualified/non-qualified plans, including design consultation and document drafting.
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office suite, and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with internal stakeholders and clients.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of plan document drafting systems such as FT William, Datair, ASC, or Sungard Relius.
- Understanding of API functionality.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- QKA or higher credential from ASPPA or equivalent career experience.
