What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts, backlog, and inventory targets.
• Perform Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to identify and resolve long-term bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure raw material availability and manage in-house part manufacturing.
• Optimize labor requirements and machine hours, recommending shift changes or overtime as needed.
• Collaborate as the primary bridge between Sales, Operations, and Finance to synchronize planning.
• Design and implement new, AI-driven planning tools to streamline production processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production and capacity planning roles.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical ability to trace bottlenecks and model multiple solution paths.
• Exceptional communication skills for clear stakeholder alignment.
• High attention to detail, particularly regarding Bills of Materials (BOM).
