What you will do

• Implement NEC Housing system modules, focusing on system configuration and build for Allocations and Homelessness.
• Deliver remote and on-site training sessions to customers and internal teams to ensure system competency.
• Provide expert advice and best practice guidance to current users of NEC Housing.
• Create and maintain training courses, user guides, and solution design manuals.
• Collaborate with customers via Microsoft Teams to manage end-to-end implementation projects.

Requirements

• In-depth expertise in Allocations and Homelessness processes using Housing Management Software.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing Housing Management Systems with strong skills in configuration and build.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality training and consultancy services to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in creating training materials and solution design manuals.
• Must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in creating, configuring, and implementing wider NEC Housing system modules.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training delivery best practices.
