What you will do

• Execute configuration tasks within MCP, including core platform setup, workflow configuration, and reporting.
• Support implementation consultants throughout the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Develop and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), configuration documentation, and implementation estimates.
• Resolve support tickets and defects following established triage and escalation protocols.
• Manage project progress and ticket status using tools like ADO, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Contribute to internal automation and AI-assisted implementation initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, or Uruguay.
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or mortgage servicing platforms.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry processes, including origination, underwriting, and closing.
• Experience with workflow configuration and system integrations in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Ability to support U.S.-based clients and teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP).
• Skills in SQL, scripting, or basic automation concepts.
• Prior experience working in nearshore or offshore delivery models.
