What you will do

• Partner with the Sales team to design tailored AI automation solutions and lead technical discovery sessions.
• Deliver compelling product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and presentations that communicate technical and business value.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success to ensure seamless technical delivery and risk mitigation.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences as a technical thought leader.
• Advocate for customer needs within the organization to align product roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
• Must have experience with voice technologies such as ACD and IVR workflows.
• Native-level proficiency or high fluency in both Polish and English.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI automation environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, and APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with CRM or presales tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of NLP, automation workflows, and integration frameworks (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience in enterprise-scale solution delivery.
