What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the third-party US fund administrator to ensure SLA compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate capital calls, LP drawdowns, and distribution processes between internal teams, LPs, and bank partners.
• Review quarterly and annual financial statements, NAV calculations, and capital account statements.
• Facilitate annual audits and Tax (K-1) preparation by coordinating documentation between external auditors and tax advisors.
• Assist deal teams with tracking cash movements for investments and reconciling cap table data.
• Monitor US fund bank balances and track management fee calculations.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in venture capital/private equity fund accounting, fund administration, or Big 4 financial services audit.
• Familiarity with US VC fund structures, including LP/GP models, capital calls, waterfalls, and K-1 tax workflows.
• Business fluency in English is required for communications with US vendors and management.
• High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to operate independently in a remote management context.
