What you will do
- Define and evolve the global brand positioning, identity, and long-term strategy for Bet.
- Lead global communications, including PR, media relations, and executive thought leadership.
- Develop and execute communication plans for major market entries, launches, and strategic partnerships.
- Own the storytelling framework across all marketing, CRM, social, and sponsorship touchpoints.
- Partner with commercial and growth teams to maximize brand value from sponsorships and ambassadors.
- Build and lead a high-performing Brand & Communications function while managing agency partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in senior Brand Marketing, Communications, or PR leadership roles.
- Proven success in building consumer brands within highly competitive, digitally-led markets.
- Deep expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience managing media relations, corporate reputation, and complex stakeholder environments.
- Understanding of regulated industries and fan engagement within sports or entertainment.
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK on a hybrid basis.

- Experience within the betting or gaming industry.
- Background in activating high-profile global sponsorships.
