What you will do

• Coordinate and support company partners to ensure their success aligns with marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and media mixes.
• Identify, recruit, and negotiate commercial terms with high-potential new affiliates.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and prevent fraud.
• Prepare detailed performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage campaigns and ensure effective execution.

Requirements

• Mandatory proficiency in Spanish and English (read, write, speak).
• Must be authorized to work in Gibraltar without visa sponsorship.
• Proven track record in affiliate marketing, recruitment, and performance optimization.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adjust to various time zones.
