What you will do

  • Supervise and coordinate plant operations during assigned shifts to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and develop operations personnel while reinforcing safety and operating standards.
  • Maintain accurate production logs and communicate key updates to leadership.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and security teams to support continuous plant operations.
  • Initiate work requests for equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
  • Respond to abnormal operating conditions and manage emergency procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1+ year of leadership experience in a metals or industrial operations environment.
  • Working knowledge of plant equipment, processes, and operating procedures.
  • Strong commitment to safety and environmental regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work in industrial conditions including heat, dust, and noise.
  • Must be available for rotating shifts and occasional weekend work.
