What you will do

  • Conduct proactive outreach to engage members and understand their usage patterns.
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to drive actionable product improvements.
  • Develop and implement member engagement and retention campaigns.
  • Define and track key member-experience metrics to report to leadership.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the member in roadmap planning and feature prioritization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, member engagement, or similar roles.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to McLean, VA.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and elicit honest feedback.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and Support.
  • Experience with feedback collection mechanisms and member journey mapping.
