What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Italian Retail business, including order processing and sample shipments.
• Act as a point of contact for logistics and ensure smooth collaboration with partners.
• Maintain and update product information and listings in Notion.
• Monitor sensitive SKUs and communicate out-of-stock situations to retailer logistics teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Operations, Quality Management, and Product.
• Support the creation of sales materials, presentations, and competitive analyses.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a Berlin-based university.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
• Strong interest in Sales, Retail, FMCG, or Business topics.
• Proactive approach and ability to take ownership of tasks.
