What you will do

• Own the end-to-end forecast and budgeting cycle across all departments to inform resource allocation.
• Lead financial modeling and new business model development, presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Act as the primary point of contact for commercial contract reviews, renewals, and tax implications.
• Run monthly business reviews with SLT members to turn financial data into actionable insights.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, annual external accounting closes, tax, insurance, and equity management.
• Collaborate with the data team to improve financial tools, automation, and data ownership.

Requirements

• Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex outputs into clear recommendations.
• Strong foundation in accounting and financial reporting.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics such as ARR, renewals, churn, CAC, and LTV.
• Experience influencing senior leadership decisions through financial analysis.
• Proven track record of navigating finance transformations, including system or process redesigns.
• Must be based in Amsterdam

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in a SaaS company or a scale-up of similar size.
• Exposure to tax, insurance, and statutory reporting.
