What you will do

• Lead technical presales, designing tailored solutions and estimating effort for critical infrastructure clients.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including 3rd party partners and contractors.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from analysis and design to testing and handover to operations.
• Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships with key stakeholders and client delivery teams.
• Develop and enforce delivery standards, processes, and methodologies for the Corporate Solutions division.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Industrial Automation, Networks, or a related field.
• 5+ years of delivery management experience in complex projects for international clients.
• Strong technical background with working knowledge of system integration and software development.
• English: C1 level (professional proficiency) required.
• Experience in OT/ICS environments or critical infrastructure (strong advantage).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIS2, or NIST.

Nice to have

• Experience with product management principles, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
