What you will do

• Coordinate multiple production units as the primary interface for Service Delivery Management.
• Provide technical and content-related support in creating operational concepts and cost estimations.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and escalations for the assigned service portfolio.
• Optimize service components to achieve target cost levels and improve quality.
• Lead small customer projects from initiation and planning through to closure.
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of methods and procedures within OS Service Management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.
• German: C1 level required.
• English: B2 level required.
• Proven experience in IT service management or technical service delivery.
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Services, Azure, and M365.
• ITIL V3 Foundation or SeM Advanced certification.
