• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and operations for order management.
• Monitor service quality and ensure contractual requirements are met within the Service Ensurance pillar.
• Coordinate order delivery, track progress, and troubleshoot potential risks or implementation delays.
• Prepare financial reports, manage cost-saving measures, and generate billing data and invoice supplements.
• Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and production teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Validate customer requests and maintain accurate documentation throughout the order lifecycle.

Требования

• Location: Must be based in Slovakia due to taxation regulations.
• English: B2 level required for professional communication.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT Service Delivery Management.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• Strong analytical thinking and project management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of finance and billing processes.
