What you will do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max formats.
• Oversee and support Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns to drive performance.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support the execution of digital marketing projects, including landing pages and lead generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams across different countries, specifically Spain and Italy.
• Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to improve overall campaign efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing performance-focused Google Ads campaigns.
• Solid understanding of Facebook/Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in executing lead generation campaigns.
• Fluency in Spanish and Italian (both written and spoken).
• Experience working in Agile environments using Trello or similar project management platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a freelance setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations or lead tracking systems.
