What you will do
- Manage the global TPS assessment program to ensure completion of activities in accordance with company policy.
- Own the TPS Service Scorecard and collaborate with regional managers to meet internal Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Lead special security projects and change management activities to ensure delivery of agreed scope and timelines.
- Identify strategic initiatives and implement automation to improve team OKRs and operational efficiency.
- Support audits of TPS operations and provide guidance on policy and process to regional teams.
- Act as a TPS ambassador, engaging with stakeholders to provide support and cascade communications.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within GRC, Automation, Process Improvement, or Information Security.
- Background overseeing technical security programs, technical audits, or security-focused projects.
- Proven ability to research security solutions and evaluate risks against benefits.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, with additional experience in SQL, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Experience working across large organizations and managing multiple stakeholders for roadmap delivery.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid (60% office) in Nottingham, UK.
