What you will do

• Own and deliver customer security questionnaires and assurance requests from intake to completion.
• Lead external audit engagements for major certifications including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Translate complex technical controls into clear, defensible explanations for external auditors and enterprise customers.
• Design and implement automation, AI-assisted workflows, and self-service trust centers to scale trust operations.
• Maintain critical security documentation, architecture, and reusable response libraries to ensure consistency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in customer trust, security assurance, GRC, or security engineering.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, security controls, and enterprise architectures.
• Hands-on experience with trust platforms such as Vanta, Drata, or ServiceNow GRC.
• Proven experience leading certification engagements (ISO 27001, SOC 2, or equivalent).
• Experience within AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise SaaS environments.
