What you will do

• Monitor Data Loss Prevention events for managed services clients and execute approved escalation paths.
• Perform regular health checks on DLP environments and maintain customer policies.
• Extract and analyze metrics from DLP consoles to support program reporting and presentations.
• Provide policy recommendations based on identified security trends.
• Ensure all activities adhere to ISO 27001 Information Security Management System standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in England
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, Criminal Justice, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in information security, digital forensics, or risk management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to uncover trends in complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
• Rigorous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with DLP, CASB, SIEM, or email/web gateway technologies.
• Background in computer or cyber forensics and investigation.
• Relevant certifications such as Network+, Security+, SSCP, ITIL, or ISO 27k.
