What you will do

• Provide consultative end-to-end HR support to employees and managers across the EMEA region.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday.
• Design and deliver new People Team programs and initiatives, supporting change management across EMEA.
• Drive automation and process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with regional and global partners to ensure consistent practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations.
• Strong expertise in Workday or similar HRIS systems.
• Analytical thinking and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid work model).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
