What you will do

• Develop and drive the labour relations strategy for EMEA, focusing primarily on the Spanish market.
• Act as the main point of contact for Spanish trade unions and employee representatives (Comité de Empresa).
• Lead negotiations and administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements (Convenios Colectivos) in Spain.
• Ensure full compliance with Spanish labour laws and manage mandatory programs such as the Plan de Igualdad and salary audits.
• Provide expert guidance to senior leadership and People Business Partners on the labour law implications of business decisions.
• Design and update internal people policies and deliver training for managers on EMEA labour compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Labor Relations, Employment Law, or HR Compliance.
• Deep expertise in Spanish labor law (Estatuto de los Trabajadores, works council regulations, equality legislation).
• Proven experience managing or negotiating with Spanish trade unions or employee representatives.
• Experience working in multinational technology companies during high-growth stages.
• Fluent English proficiency.
