What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain standard, ad hoc, and recurring reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Extract and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets from multiple systems and sources.
• Perform trend analysis, performance analytics, and predictive forecasts to support leadership decision-making.
• Create and improve technical documentation for reporting processes and procedures.
• Consult with stakeholders to refine reporting requirements and provide training on analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
• 3+ years of experience working with electronic healthcare records and medical terminology.
• 3+ years of experience handling large datasets within a government environment.
• Must be based in the US and available to work in the Eastern Time Zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with Health Information Exchange or HL7.
• Experience with EHR systems such as Epic, NextGen, or CIPS.
• Knowledge of Mirth, PACS, or SQL Squirrel.
