What you will do

• Own the Long Range Plan, aligning capital allocation and growth assumptions with the company's vision.
• Build and maintain models to measure and improve unit economics across customers, segments, and channels.
• Deliver executive-ready materials and narratives for monthly reviews and board discussions.
• Lead support for future fundraising efforts and other high-impact strategic projects.
• Partner with GTM teams on pricing strategy and business case development.
• Define and track KPIs and leading indicators to drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or FP&A at a scaling company.
• Deep experience with subscription business models, including ARR, revenue, retention, and unit economics.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex models from scratch.
• Strong executive presence and ability to translate data into narratives for board-level stakeholders.
• US-based work authorization (implied by 401k and US benefits).
• Bachelor's degree required.
