TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst (Medtech): Managing financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes for corporate items with an accent on KPI-driven guidance and continuous process improvement. Focus on developing budget functionality in Workday Adaptive Planning, supporting executive leadership, and ensuring data integrity across financial reporting.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Del Mar, CA (Hybrid: 2 days/week in-office)

Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes for corporate items like payroll, taxes, and depreciation.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process within Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Collaborate with IT to streamline and automate reporting workflows.
  • Provide financial insights and KPI-driven guidance to executive leadership.
  • Support monthly and quarterly presentations for the Board of Directors and senior management.
  • Ensure GAAP compliance and data consistency across all internal and external reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or information systems.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or business partnering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting applications.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively across all levels.
