What you will do

• Manage daily AP operations, including invoice intake, processing, and approval routing.
• Reconcile corporate card transactions via Brex and Ramp to ensure T&E policy compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Integrate payment data across Zip, Brex, Ramp, and Sage Intacct.
• Partner with internal business owners for new vendor onboarding.
• Handle internal and external payment inquiries professionally and timely.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Must be based in the United States (may require state-specific sports betting licensure).
• Hands-on experience with procure-to-pay and 3-way matching.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle variable billing structures in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Zip, Ramp, and/or Brex.
