Associate Director, Private Markets Product, Private Credit (Private Credit)

What you will do

• Own product strategy and positioning for private credit capabilities across Europe, including broadly syndicated loans, CLOs, direct lending, and special situations.
• Lead complex initiatives such as new product development, fund launches, and platform evolution.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers, Client Portfolio Managers, Distribution, and senior stakeholders to develop client solutions and fundraising strategies.
• Represent the product platform in due diligence meetings, roadshows, strategic discussions, and key client interactions.
• Deliver thought leadership, market insights, and differentiated product messaging.
• Coordinate execution across Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing while guiding junior team members.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product management, investment, or client-facing roles within private credit or private markets.
• Deep knowledge of private credit fund structures, strategies, portfolio construction, and performance drivers.
• Experience owning complex initiatives autonomously in a fast-paced front-office environment.
• Experience working with senior investment and distribution stakeholders, institutional investors, and fundraising processes.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical capabilities, communication, and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Preqin, eVestment, or similar investment tools.
