Sr. Software Engineer - Engineering Tools (AI Automation)

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $143,000–$219,000 annual base salary, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Drive agentic AI automation initiatives involving internal and external tools and vendors.
• Create and maintain automation frameworks, performance tests, and internal engineering productivity tools.
• Stabilize CI/CD infrastructure across Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Help engineering teams ship features and tooling with strong quality and automation coverage.
• Collaborate with product management, data science, designers, and other automation engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of software development or automation experience.
• Experience with quality and automation frameworks such as Selenium, Behave, Playwright, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with agentic tools and technologies, including Claude, Codex, or Augment.
• Proactive, self-starting approach and willingness to contribute across design, product, frontend, backend, and quality.
