Salary: EUR 33,000 - 43,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Manage and review employee information within HRIS and databases to ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle pre-boarding administration, including contracts, right-to-work checks, and benefits onboarding.
  • Coordinate off-boarding processes for leavers across all systems and payroll trackers.
  • Provide first-line HR support to employees, resolving queries regarding company policies and benefits.
  • Collaborate with Payroll to communicate amendments and maintain personnel files.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with current local employment legislation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in an operational and administrational HR role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English for professional communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Must be based in Belgium to support the hybrid work model in Leuven.
