HR Manager (Greece): Own end-to-end HR operations for a growing Greece entity, ensuring compliant employee lifecycle management and smooth people operations with an accent on Greek employment law, employee relations case handling, and scalable HR policy/process delivery. Focus on building a repeatable HR framework, partnering with global People and Operations teams, and using HR data to drive recommendations for leadership.
Location: Thessaloniki area (or willingness to relocate)

What you will do
- Take full ownership of Greece HR operations, covering the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Greek employment law, internal policies, and HR best practices.
- Advise managers and leaders on HR policies, employment law, and employee relations.
- Manage and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and HR systems to support scalability and efficiency.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with central HR, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Lead employee relations cases, coordinate engagement/culture/wellbeing initiatives, and support learning and development based on training needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or senior HR operations roles.
- Deep understanding of Greek employment law and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience managing payroll, benefits, and HR documentation.
- Strong experience in employee relations, including case management and dispute resolution.
- Fluent in English & Greek.
- Located in the Thessaloniki area or willing to relocate.
