What you will do

• Take full ownership of Greece HR operations, covering the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Greek employment law, internal policies, and HR best practices.
• Advise managers and leaders on HR policies, employment law, and employee relations.
• Manage and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and HR systems to support scalability and efficiency.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with central HR, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Lead employee relations cases, coordinate engagement/culture/wellbeing initiatives, and support learning and development based on training needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR management or senior HR operations roles.
• Deep understanding of Greek employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience managing payroll, benefits, and HR documentation.
• Strong experience in employee relations, including case management and dispute resolution.
• Fluent in English & Greek.
• Located in the Thessaloniki area or willing to relocate.
