What you will do
- Define and deliver the People Strategy for Spain aligned with business objectives, corporate priorities and EU regional direction.
- Act as a strategic advisor to country leadership, influencing decisions through workforce planning, organizational design and people insights.
- Lead Works Council relationships and collective bargaining, ensuring compliance and strong labor relations across all sites.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning and transformation initiatives to support business efficiency and growth.
- Ensure HR governance and consistent HR operations across Spain, including payroll, contracts, employee lifecycle processes and HR systems.
- Lead internal and external audits and compliance requirements (social, ESG, compensation, PRL, BRC/IFS), and manage HR KPIs and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree and proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in labor relations and Works Council management, including collective bargaining and negotiation.
- In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law and regulatory frameworks for complex employee relations topics.
- Experience leading multi-site HR operations ensuring consistency, governance and alignment across locations.
- Solid expertise in core HR processes: payroll, contracts, employee lifecycle, compensation and benefits, and HR systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading audits and compliance frameworks (social audits, ESG, PRL, BRC/IFS).
