What you will do

• Partner with managers across Sweden, Germany, and BeNeLux on day-to-day people matters and HR processes.
• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance concerns.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain accurate employee documentation.
• Validate payroll inputs and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
• Support local benefits administration and ensure compliance with regional labor laws.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or certification in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Around 5 years of progressive operational HR and employee relations experience.
• Experience supporting multiple countries, ideally within Sweden, Germany, or BeNeLux.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong understanding of local HR practices and employment law principles.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex international environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Swedish, German, Dutch, or French.
