TL;DR

Senior HR Business Partner (Healthcare): Partner with leaders across Sales, Administrative Services, IT Development, and potentially Production to translate business strategy into people plans and manage core HR processes. Focus on workforce planning, talent management, recruitment, performance cycles, employee relations, and compliance with Bulgarian legislation.

Location: Onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do

  • Act as trusted HR partner for Sales, Administrative Services, and IT Development.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Drive annual HR cycle including goals, performance reviews, development, and training.
  • Handle employee relations, issue resolution, and engagement activities.
  • Oversee HR operations, contracts, data accuracy, payroll interfaces, and compliance with Bulgarian Labour Code, social insurance, HSE, and GDPR.
  • Contribute to regional HR projects aligned with global processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
  • Several years of HRBP and/or Senior HR Generalist experience in an international environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple functions (Sales, IT, Admin; Production is an advantage).
  • Strong background in recruitment and annual HR cycles.
  • Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian Labor and Social Insurance legislation.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and coaching skills; hands-on, structured, proactive style.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.

Nice to have

  • SAP / SuccessFactors experience.
  • Production experience.
