What you will do

• Design end-to-end agentic workflows using LangGraph to solve complex business problems.
• Build and compose reusable skills, tools, and agents for production-ready AI solutions.
• Integrate and optimize multiple LLMs for cost, speed, and quality.
• Define evaluations, metrics, and guardrails to ensure system reliability and quality.
• Implement observability, logging, and debugging tools for AI systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate high-level requirements into detailed technical designs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Python development with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building production systems with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven experience with LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
• Strong understanding of LLM evaluation methodologies, including datasets and metrics.
• Ability to autonomously deliver outcomes and proactively manage technical trade-offs.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in Austria

Nice to have

• Experience with AI assistants like Claude Code in daily workflows.
• Familiarity with LLM observability tools like Langfuse or LangSmith.
• Background in vector databases and RAG patterns.
• Knowledge of Azure deployment and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with async Python patterns (asyncio).
