What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI systems from prototype to production.
• Implement multi-agent systems ushirify.global agent architectural patterns.
• Develop and optimize effective prompts for generative models.
• Build and optimize semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI agent performance and reliability.
• Ensure ethical guardrails and explainability features are integrated into AI solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for AI application development.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Copilot SDK.
• Understandhirify.global of transformers, fine-tunhirify.global techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, DPO), and multimodal models.
• Knowledge of vector databases for embeddhirify.global and retrieval systems.
• Proficiency with Git, virtual environments, and application deployment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Milan.
