What you will do

• Perform detailed visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on incoming mechanical parts, electronics, and PCBs.
• Execute standardized electrical test protocols using oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, and custom fixtures.
• Identify, block, and quarantine non-conforming materials to prevent them from reaching the production line.
• Document inspection results and maintain test protocols within quality management and complaint systems.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams to perform root-cause analysis and initiate corrective actions.
• Review and interpret technical assembly drawings, schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).

Requirements

• Completed technical education, degree, or comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Incoming Quality Control (IQC), ideally within electronics, automotive, or aerospace industries.
• Proficiency in mechanical measurement and basic electrical functional testing.
• Ability to accurately read technical drawings and interpret quality procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and QM/defect reporting systems.
• Good written and spoken English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of advanced QM tools such as Control Plans and FMEA.
• Experience with externally manufactured components and supplier inspection processes.
• Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling requirements.
