What you will do

• Make final go/no-go decisions on electronic components based on incoming inspection results.
• Develop and improve quality processes and training to ensure zero defects in the warehouse hub.
• Identify and implement methods to detect counterfeit parts and maintain the Counterfeit Avoidance Program.
• Support customers with quality issues, preparing and following up on corrective actions.
• Maintain and contribute to ISO 9001:2000 and ESD 20/20 certifications.
• Provide inspection metrics and vendor ratings to management.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in OCM (chipmaker) or ICs/chips testing in a laboratory.
• Technical background in electronic components, Failure Mode Analysis, and testing.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Proficiency with inspection equipment and tools used for electronic component testing.
• Must be based in Hong Kong for onsite work.
