What you will do
- Serve as the primary relationship owner, leading regular Business Reviews and managing Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Deliver actionable recommendations and insightful presentations to drive value and ROI for C-suite clients.
- Educate customers on relevant digital tool features and functionalities tailored to their business needs.
- Identify and convert growth opportunities to generate sales leads and improve renewal rates.
- Coordinate with internal product and operations teams to enhance the overall client experience.
- Manage client onboarding processes and execute thought leadership projects.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
- 2–5 years of experience in the CPG industry, category management, or market research.
- Prior experience with NIQ or similar analytics solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- English and Ukrainian: Upper-intermediate level (B2) required.
- Bachelor's degree required (Honour’s degree is a plus).
