What you will do

• Partner with fleet service providers to deliver business plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze sales and operational data to support pricing and profitability decisions.
• Coordinate the rollout of new programs, systems, and tools across the network.
• Maintain brand and retail standards through regular audits and compliance checks.
• Plan and deliver workshops and training to strengthen partner capability.
• Provide operational support including contract management and onboarding.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Birmingham, UK.
• Experience in sales, business development, or operations/project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communication skills for building stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify solutions.
• Proficiency with digital tools and standard office software.
