What you will do
- Partner with fleet service providers to deliver business plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales and operational data to support pricing and profitability decisions.
- Coordinate the rollout of new programs, systems, and tools across the network.
- Maintain brand and retail standards through regular audits and compliance checks.
- Plan and deliver workshops and training to strengthen partner capability.
- Provide operational support including contract management and onboarding.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Birmingham, UK.
- Experience in sales, business development, or operations/project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communication skills for building stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify solutions.
- Proficiency with digital tools and standard office software.
