What you will do
- Architect and design advanced electronics by translating complex system requirements into high-performance hardware solutions.
- Design complex multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer for drones and aerospace platforms.
- Collaborate with mechanical, embedded software, and system teams for cross-functional integration.
- Lead the hardware lifecycle from initial concept through design verification to mass production.
- Conduct design verification, support internal prototyping, and participate in system-level test campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in hardware/electronic design.
- Expertise in multilayer PCB, high-speed digital, and mixed-signal design.
- Advanced proficiency in Altium Designer.
- Strong debugging and verification skills using laboratory equipment.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, or other safety-critical industries.
Nice to have
- Experience with Safety Integrity Levels (DIN EN 61508, ISO 26262, IEC 61508).
- Experience in designing for EMI/EMC compliance at PCB and system levels.
- German language skills for procurement and customer collaboration.
