What you will do

• Manage Kubernetes clusters, deployments, and automation using Helm and Kustomize.
• Configure networking (CNI, LoadBalancers, Ingress) and implement secure communication via PKI and mTLS.
• Build and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines, including image signing and security scanning.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane.
• Develop observability dashboards and automated incident response workflows.
• Automate operational tasks using Bash, Python, or Go.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Advanced expertise in Kubernetes operations, traffic management, and Ingress solutions.
• Strong background in IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane) and secure CI/CD.
• Experience with observability platforms and runtime security/compliance.
• English: Intermediate+ (B2) level required
• German: Intermediate+ (B2) level required

Nice to have

• Experience with Confidential Computing and secure enclaves.
• Knowledge of self-healing mechanisms and automated rollback logic.
• Experience in highly regulated sectors or public sector cloud projects.
